TCS says Nida Khan wasn’t responsible for recruitment and ‘no POSH complaints were received’

K. Krithivasan, the CEO and Managing Director of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), on Friday shared details on the series of measures taken by the company in response to the controversy surrounding the Nashik unit conversion case. He also added that no POSH complaints were received.

In a detailed statement, Krithivasan also clarified that the unit remains operational and continues to serve clients, while simultaneously announcing a high-level probe into the matter.
