Uttar Pradesh government allots 75 hectares land to BEL in defence corridor
Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh govt has allotted 75 hectares of land to Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) at the Chitrakoot node of the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor to set up advanced manufacturing facilities. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday handed over the land papers to BEL representative Manoj Jain.
On the occasion, the chief minister said the Defence Industrial Corridor would open new economic and technological opportunities, promote local industries, and generate high-skill employment for young people.
