Myntra CEO Nandita Sinha to step down, Sharon Pais likely replacement
Nandita Sinha, CEO of Myntra, is stepping down from her role at the Flipkart-owned fashion etailer, people aware of the development said. She is expected to be replaced by Sharon Pais, who currently heads Flipkart Fashion, one of the sources said.
Sinha, who was appointed Myntra CEO in 2022, is expected to leave the company over the next few weeks.
Pais was earlier chief business officer of Myntra until November 2025. She joined the Walmart-owned ecommerce giant in 2013 and has led multiple categories including books, general merchandise, home furnishing, travel vertical and its loyalty programme.
