Wipro names Nagendra Bandaru as CEO of AI segment

Indian IT services firm Wipro on Wednesday named insider Nagendra Bandaru as the CEO of its newly created ‌artificial ⁠intelligence segment.

Bandaru, a company veteran, will head the unit that willdevelop agentic AI solutions and create new AI-led ⁠businessstreams. The ‌country’s fourth-largest software exporter alsoannounced the resignation ⁠of Suzanne Dann, CEO of its “Americas2” unit. The unit, accounting for a third of Wipro’s revenue,houses the Canada market and the banking and ‌financial servicesand energy businesses in the US.
