Vegetarian restaurant chain Burma Burma raises Rs 38 crore; valuation hits Rs 500 crore
Burma Burma, a vegetarian restaurant chain, has raised about Rs 38 crore ($4 million) from existing investor Negen Capital and new investors Endurance Capital and Coheron Wealth.
The Burmese food-themed chain will use the fresh capital to expand into new cities and strengthen its presence in existing markets. It operates 21 restaurants across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Chandigarh.
