#ET5GCongress: Telecom ministry eyes shift in work culture to enhance services, says MoS Pemmasani
NEW DELHI: The Ministry of Communications is inculcating a private sector-like work culture to enhance service quality and network security-related aspects, said Minister of State for Communications Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani on Friday.
“This is the kind of work culture and strategic shift for bringing that private organisations’ work to work in the setting of government as well. So, you are seeing significant changes, even the quality of service, everything is being monitored and adjusted in real time,” Pemmasani said at the ninth edition of the ETTelecom 5G Congress 2026.
