A hacker has claimed to have broken into a US-based platform used to collect anonymous tips for law enforcement and stolen millions of records. The platform, P3 Global Intel, is part of the safety firm Navigate360 and is used by the US police, schools, and government agencies to receive information from the public. The hacker said more than 8 million tips were accessed, along with sensitive data. Authorities and the company have not confirmed the claims. Reports said some of the leaked information includes personal details and confidential messages shared by tipsters.
