US-based Emerson eyes India’s semiconductor sector business

NEW DELHI: Emerson is aiming to secure business for its test & measurement solutions from semiconductor companies investing in establishing their factories in India, said a top executive of the US-based company.

“We are already partnering with all the folks who are investing right now. Global chip manufacturers that have post-silicon validation teams in India are already customers of Emerson today,” Shitendra Bhattacharya, country head & director (NI India), Emerson, told ETTelecom.
