Ai+ Smartphone, Optiemus Electronics ink pact to manufacture 3 mn devices with Rs 125 cr investment
New Delhi: Homegrown technology brand Ai+ Smartphone on Thursday said it has partnered with Optiemus Electronics Ltd (OEL) to manufacture 3 million mobile devices in India, with a joint investment of around Rs 125 crore over the next five years.
The agreement will cover the production of mobile phones, tablets, IoT devices, and advanced wearables at OEL’s facility in Noida. The production ramp-up is targeted to begin in April 2026.
