    Flipkart shifts base to India, moves a step closer to IPO

    MUMBAI: Flipkart has shifted its domicile to India from Singapore, a move that will speed up the firm’s IPO preparations as it gears up for a debut on the exchanges sometime by early 2027. Following the internal restructuring, Flipkart Internet has become the holding entity of the Walmart controlled group.
