Amazon down right now: Users report checkout issues and Prime Video outages
UPDATE: As of 3:30 p.m. EDT, Amazon continues to experience outages affecting thousands of users across the United States.
On X, the official Amazon Help account has been responding to customers reporting issues.
“Hello. We’re sorry that some customers may be experiencing issues. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue,” Amazon Help wrote in response to an outage report.
