Dixon Tech, Longcheer form JV to make smartphones, AI PCs, smart devices in India; total initial investment at about Rs 10 cr
New Delhi: Dixon Technologies has finalised its joint-venture agreement with original design manufacturer Longcheer Intelligence, after receiving government approval last year.
The joint-venture entity, named Dixtel Infocomm, will have Dixon investing Rs 7.39 crore for 74% stake and Longcheer will invest Rs 2.6 crore for the remaining 26% stake.
