Dixon, Longcheer finalise JV pact to boost local electronics manufacturing

New Delhi: Dixon Technologies has finalised its joint-venture agreement with original design manufacturer Longcheer Intelligence, after receiving government approval last year.

The joint-venture entity, named Dixtel Infocomm, will have Dixon investing ₹7.39 crore for 74% stake and Longcheer will invest ₹2.6 crore for the remaining 26% stake.

The company had announced the agreement in February 2026. The company had told investors earlier that the joint-venture agreement will lock in production volumes for the contract manufacturer. Longcheer designs and makes entry level smartphones for Vivo, Oppo, Samsung and other top brands.
