WiSig Networks launches 32T32R radio for 5G FWA, mobile network deployments
NEW DELHI: Homegrown telecom startup WiSig Networks on Monday launched its Open RAN-compliant 32T32R massive MIMO radio for mobile networks 5G fixed wireless access (FWA) deployments, particularly in rural regions.
The radio, operates in the n78 band (3.3–3.67GHz), with additional band variants in development, and supports both SU-MIMO and MU-MIMO downlink beamforming. This enables telcos to increase spectral efficiency, network capacity, and throughput across urban, suburban, and rural environments.
