Ebay slashes 6% of workforce as ecommerce firm realigns operations

Ebay said on Thursday it is cutting ​about 800 ​jobs, or roughly 6% of ​its full‑time workforce, as the e‑commerce company moves to streamline operations and align ‌staffing with ⁠its ⁠strategic priorities.
