Deepinder Goyal’s LAT Aerospace acquires robotics startup Sharang Shakti

LAT Aerospace, cofounded by Deepinder Goyal and former Zomato COO Surobhi Das, has acquired Gurugram-based defence robotics startup Sharang Shakti.

In a post on X, Goyal said that the acquisition is LAT Aerospace’s first move towards building indigenous defence capabilities alongside its long-term plan to develop civil aviation platforms from India.
