US-headquartered Navikenz, an AI consulting company, has raised $7.5 million in a seed round led by Sekar PRC (former CEO, Hexaware), Sudip Nandy (former CEO, Aricent), along with founders Anjan Lahiri (former president of IT services at Mindtree) and Samit Deb, with existing investors participating.
The startup aims to deploy the funding to expand its team and technology.
“The main aim of the funds is to ensure that we continue to invest in our team and our customers, and continue to build our frameworks and platforms,” said Lahiri, who is the CEO.
