Musk’s Starlink updates privacy policy to allow consumer data to train AI

SpaceX revised its Starlink privacy policy to ‍allow the use of customer data for AI training, a shift that could bolster Elon Musk’s AI ambitions.

Ahead ⁠of a blockbuster IPO planned for later this year, SpaceX is in talks to merge with Musk’s AI company, xAI, a deal first reported by Reuters on Thursday. SpaceX, already the world’s most valuable private company, could ‌reach a value ‌of more than $1 trillion after the IPO.
