Info Edge inadvertently shares its unaudited draft financial results with an outsider
Info Edge, the parent company of the recruitment site Naukri.com, said that a designated official accidentally shared its unaudited draft financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, with an outsider while meaning to send them to the firm’s statutory auditors.
The company, however, noted that the file was password-protected, and the mistakenly sent email did not contain the password required to access the draft results.
