Vodafone Idea shares gain over 1% as Q3FY26 losses narrow, ARPU improves

Vodafone Idea shares rose over a percent to ₹9.95 per share on the NSE on Wednesday (January 28), after the telecom operator reported a sharper-than-last-year reduction in consolidated losses for the December quarter (Q3FY26), along with steady improvement in operating metrics.

The company reported a consolidated net loss of ₹5,286 crore in Q3, narrowing from ₹6,609 crore in the year-ago quarter. Revenue from operations rose 2% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹11,323 crore, compared with ₹11,117 crore in Q3FY25, reflecting gradual traction in business performance.
