Sify Infinit gets approval for India’s first data centre IPO; Sebi also clears 12 other public issues

India’s IPO pipeline gathered fresh momentum after capital markets regulator Sebi approved 12 offerings, including Sify Infinit Spaces’ proposed issue that is set to become the country’s first pure-play data centre IPO.

The most closely watched approval, however, is for Sify Infinit Spaces. The company plans to raise up to ₹3,700 crore through a combination of fresh issue worth ₹2,500 crore and an offer for sale of ₹1,200 crore by existing shareholders.
