Nokia bags pan-India DWDM optical transport network deployment deal from Constl

NEW DELHI: Finnish telecom gear maker Nokia has won a deal from Space World Group subsidiary, Constl, to deploy a nationwide Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) optical transport network across India.

Constl said in a joint statement on Thursday that with this, fibre rollout will provide high-capacity digital service infrastructure to power seamless connectivity, beginning with Mumbai, India’s leading data centre hub, and eventually, expand across India.
