Elon Musk’s AI-company, xAI, has joined other tech giants like Google, Meta, ChatGPT-maker OpenAI, Microsoft and others, to expand its team of AI talent. The company announced that it is looking to hire a “small, elite unit” of talent engineers who will function as a specialised force to hunt and hire the “absolute best people in the world.”
According to a job listing on the xAI website, this new unit will report directly to Musk. The company is seeking “talent engineers” with an unconventional profile for the ideal candidate.
