Google Gemini gets ‘Personal Intelligence’ to dig through your Gmail, photos, and search history to answer questions

Google is rolling out a new feature that lets its Gemini AI assistant tap into your entire Google ecosystem to deliver more personalised responses. Called Personal Intelligence, the beta feature, is now available for paid subscribers in the US.

The upgrade allows Gemini to pull context from Gmail, Google Photos, YouTube watch history, and Search activity. Rather than just answering generic questions, the AI can now cross-reference your emails, photos, and browsing patterns to craft tailored recommendations.
