WhatsApp Namma Arasu bot released by Tamil Nadu Government: Check what public services can you avail
In a bid to make governance a tad easier, the Tamil Nadu government in partnership with Meta has officially launched ‘Namma Arasu’, a WhatsApp-based e-governance bot. Released as a new initiative, the Namma Arasu bot enables citizens to access a wide range of government services through a simple multilingual chatbot. The service aims to make governance more accessible, transparent, and citizen-centric by leveraging the features and reach of WhatsApp.
