Zoho co-founder Sridhar Vembu has been directed by a court in the US to post a $1.7 billion bond in an ongoing divorce case. The court in California took the unprecedented step citing concerns over post-petition asset movements and the potential impact on the division of marital property, according to a news report. Vembu’s former wife, Pramila Srinivasan, is an academic, entrepreneur and healthcare technology leader based in the United States.
