NEW DELHI: Smartphone brands, including Chinese Vivo and London-based Nothing, have increased prices of their devices by 4-13.3%, as the industry continues to reel under the dual pressure of currency volatility and diversion of chipsets to data centre operators.
“Dear retailers, we are announcing a price revision on Y31 and Y31 Pro. Effective from 1st Jan 2026 in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana,” Vivo said in a communication to its mainline partners, which ETTelecom has reviewed.
