TCS AI push showing tangible results: CEO

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has set a bold vision to become “world’s largest AI-led technology services firm,” as global enterprises shift investments from traditional transformation to AI, chief executive K Krithivasan told employees in a New Year message.

“During the year, we saw a major shift in enterprises accelerating investments from digital to AI, with a clear focus on becoming AI-first companies,” he said, adding that technology mastery, contextual knowledge and responsible AI practices will be critical to delivering measurable business outcomes.
