ECMS: Centre approves proposals from Dixon, Foxconn, Hindalco & others with ₹41,863 cr investment

NEW DELHI: The Ministry of Electronics and IT (MeitY) has approved 22 new proposals, including from Dixon Technologies, Samsung Display Noida, Foxconn, and Hindalco Industries, under the third tranche of the ambitious Electronics Components Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS), with a projected investment of ₹41,863-crore and a production value of ₹2,58,152-crore, news agency PTI reported on Friday.

Other approved companies include Vital Electronics, Motherson, Amara Raja-ATL, Tata Electronics, NPSPL Anode Material, AT&S India, ILJN Ascent, Amphenol High Speed Interconnect India, CIPSA-TEC, Kunshan Qtech Microelectronics, and more.
