    China-based OmniVision Integrated Circuits seeks to raise up to $617 million in HK listing

    China’s OmniVision Integrated Circuits aims ⁠to raise up to HK$4.80 billion ($616.94 million) in its Hong Kong listing, according ‌to a filing ‌with the exchange on Wednesday.

    The Shanghai-listed chip ‌designer is offering 45.8 million H shares at a maximum offer price of HK$104.80 apiece.

    It expects to announce the final offer price by January 9, the filing showed.
