GUVNL flouts norms in ₹225-crore ERP system procurement
NEW DELHI: The request for proposals (RFP) for the selection of a system integrator or SI for supply, installation, commissioning, implementation, and support for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system at the state-owned Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) and its subsidiaries has come under criticism from homegrown vendors following alleged non-adherence to procurement norms.
“The state-owned GUVNL has bypassed rules to favour a few for procuring an ERP system. It invited selective companies only for technical presentations, as opposed to all bidders meeting pre-qualification criteria.
