Sam Altman, CEO of ChatGPT-maker OpenAI, has identified the ‘biggest weakness’ in Google’s AI armour, arguing that the search giant infusing AI into already built products rather than creating a product around artificial intelligence may hinder its ability to lead in the age of AI. While acknowledging that Google possesses “probably the greatest business model in the whole tech industry,” Altman suggested that the company’s “distribution advantage” is its weakness.
