‘India’s talent crucial in developing Qualcomm’s 2nm processor’

NEW DELHI: India’s workforce plays a central role in designing and developing Qualcomm’s 2-nanometer (nm) node, with the US wireless technology multinational gearing to unveil the new chipset in the next calendar year.

“We have been working on 2-nanometer chips across the globe, especially in India for a very long time. So, you will see us announce next year a plethora of commercial products and some things that we are doing here in India that will surprise you. We are doing leading work right here,” Savi Soin, President, Qualcomm India, told ETTelecom.
