Google brings Gemini’s most powerful translation capabilities to Google Translate

Google has started to roll out an enhanced Gemini AI model to bolster the capabilities of its translation services. The company said that it is integrating its state-of-the-art Gemini AI model directly into Google Translate, promising to provide significantly smarter, more natural text translations. The company is also bringing a new real-time speech-to-speech beta designed for use with headphones. The rollout begins today in the US and India, supporting English and nearly 20 other languages, including Spanish, Hindi, Chinese, Japanese and German.
