TCS to acquire Coastal Cloud for $700 million to boost Salesforce consulting services
NEW DELHI: India’s largest IT services firm, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), said on Wednesday that it is acquiring the US-headquartered Coastal Cloud for $700 million in an all-cash deal.
