Cisco partners CII to set-up CoE in Mumbai; aims to skill over 2.7 mn individuals in AI, cybersecurity

NEW DELHI: American telecom gear maker Cisco has partnered with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) to establish the “Cisco Centre of Excellence for AI, Networking, and Entrepreneurship” at the Multi Skill Training Institute (MSTI) and Model Career Centre (MCC) in Kandivali (East), Mumbai, to skill and train 1 lakh students over the next three years.

“I am delighted to know that Cisco–CII is collaborating to set up a Centre for AI & Networking at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Kaushalya Vikas Kendra in Kandivali (North Mumbai),” said Piyush Goyal, Union Minister for Commerce and Industry.
