SAR Televenture raises ₹208 cr from Madhusudan Kela, promoter & others via issue of warrants
SME company SAR Televenture has raised ₹208.46 crore via issue of over 1 crore warrants from a clutch of investors, including Madhusudan Kela-backed fund, Choice Strategic Advisors and the promoter group.
The warrants were issued at a price of ₹207 apiece and Kela’s Founder Collective Fund bought ₹25 crore worth warrants. Choice also cornered warrants of the same amount.
The promoter group was issued warrants worth ₹82 crore while the remaining ₹68 crore of warrants were allocated to other investors.
