Lenovo mobile phones, PCs clock 68% growth in India
Kolkata: Chinese electronics maker Lenovo Group posted a 68% increase in PC and mobile phone business in India last fiscal year, achieving one of its fastest growth rates, led by a 150% surge in smartphone sales.
Regulatory filings by the computer sales entity Lenovo India and smartphone sales company Motorola Mobility India to the Registrar of Companies (RoC) showed Lenovo Group’s total consumer business revenue rose to ₹27,424 crore in FY25 from ₹16,341 crore in the year before. Lenovo India’s revenue grew by 26% to ₹13,423.7 crore and Motorola Mobility India’s by 155% to ₹14,000.7 crore last year.
