Reliance commences work on draft prospectus for Jio’s IPO: Report
NEW DELHI: Oil-to-telecoms conglomerate Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has commenced working on an initial draft prospectus for the listing of Jio Platforms Limited (JPL), news agency Bloomberg reported Thursday citing people familiar with the development.
This is expected to be India’s biggest-ever initial public offering (IPO). Reliance Jio Infocomm, the country’s top telecom operator, comprises the bulk of JPL’s operations.
