Google is rolling out Gemini 3 and Nano Banana in Search: What it means for users

Google has announced that it has started to roll out its latest models – Gemini 3.0 and Nano Banana Pro – in Search to about 120 countries, including India. Both of these top-of-the-line AI models will be available in AI Mode to all Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers in English.

“Starting today, Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers can begin using Gemini 3 Pro by tapping ‘Thinking with 3 Pro’ in the model drop-down in AI Mode. Thanks to Gemini 3’s state-of-the-art reasoning capabilities, AI Mode can grasp the nuance of your most complex queries,” the company said in the announcement.
