Ericsson buys minority stake in US’ LotusFlare; cos eye to boost network API adoption
NEW DELHI: Swedish Ericsson has formed a strategic partnership with American telecom software company LotusFlare, and concurrently acquired a minority stake in the latter to accelerate the adoption of network APIs.
LotusFlare, founded in 2014, currently operates with a global workforce of 500 employees. The companies did not disclose the financial terms of the transaction.
