CloudExtel debt raises ₹200 crore to invest in AI, data center interconnect

NEW DELHI: CloudExtel, a homegrown network-as-a-service (NaaS) provider, on Thursday said it has ₹200 crore in debt funding from a private bank in India to deploy artificial intelligence (AI)-ready infrastructure for telecom operators, enterprises, and data centers.

“This transaction marks a first-of-its-kind fiber network project financing by the said bank, reflecting strong confidence in CloudExtel’s differentiated NaaS model,” the telecom company said.
