Airtel promoter group entity sells 0.56% stake for Rs. 7,200 crore to institutional investors
Indian Continent Investment Limited (ICIL), part of Bharti Airtel’s promoter group, sold 34.30 million shares representing 0.56% stake in the telecom major for Rs 7,200 crore through a block deal to long-term institutional investors, the company informed stock exchanges on Tuesday.
The block deal involved the sale of 34.30 million shares on November 26, 2025, according to the regulatory filings.
