Cursor, an artificial intelligence coding tool, is one of the hottest startups in Silicon Valley. It recently raised $2.3 billion from new and existing investors such as Nvidia, Google, Accel, Thrive Capital and Andreessen Horowitz at a valuation of $29.3 billion, and has annual recurring revenue of $1 billion.
For its cofounder, the 25-year-old Aman Sanger, the sentiment over the massive fundraising, or the tag of the hottest AI startups in the Valley, is mixed with equal parts excitement and the vigilance that comes with AI’s expanding possibilities.
