Palo Alto Networks to buy cloud management firm Chronosphere for $3.35 billion

​​The Santa Clara, California-based company will integrate Chronosphere with the Palo Alto Networks Cortex AgentiX platform, allowing the use of its AI agents on the cloud management firm’s data to detect performance issues and autonomously investigate their root cause.
