MoEngage extends funding round to $260 million; ChrysCap, Mars Growth, others may join as Z47 exits

MoEngage is finalising a $150 million transaction, the second tranche of a $260 million financing round. The company is likely to be valued at $750 million pre-investment. Private equity firm ChrysCapital, Singapore’s Dragon Funds by Mars Equity, and Schroders Adveq are joining as new shareholders, said one of the people cited earlier.
