In a major shift, Zomato set to share customer data with restaurants, Swiggy may follow

Zomato is in final discussions with the National Restaurants Association of India (NRAI) to share its customer data with restaurants, which could end a nearly-a-decade-long dispute. NRAI has also started similar discussions with Zomato’s rival Swiggy, the association’s president Sagar Daryani said.
