CarTrade confirms acquisition talks with CarDekho parent
Mumbai-based listed auto marketplace CarTrade Tech is in discussions with Girnar Software, the parent company of rival CarDekho, to acquire its automotive classifieds businesses.
In an exchange filing released on Tuesday, the company said it is in discussions for a potential consolidation with Girnar Software’s new and used automotive classified businesses (CarDekho and BikeDekho) in India.
No binding agreement or definitive deal has been reached yet.
