Microsoft rolls out its in-house image generator tool MAI-Image-1 to Bing Image Creator and Copilot tools

Microsoft has started integrating MAI-Image-1, its first in-house image generation model, into Bing Image Creator and Copilot Audio Expressions. As announced by the company, users can now try MAI-Image-1 through Bing Image Creator, available at bing.com/create, in the Bing mobile app, or directly from the Bing search bar. The model appears alongside DALL-E 3 and GPT-4o in the selection menu, allowing users to choose the tool that best fits their creative goals.

In Copilot Audio Expressions, when users select Story Mode, MAI-Image-1 will generate a unique image to visualize the story.
