Google adds new AI Mode features to help users book tickets and appointments

Google is rolling out new “agentic” features in AI Mode — the company’s conversational search tool that lets users ask complex questions and follow up directly within Search. With the update, AI Mode can now help users find and book event tickets, as well as beauty and wellness appointments.

For example, users can say, “Find me two cheap tickets for the Shaboozey concert coming up. Prefer standing floor tickets.” AI Mode will then search multiple websites for real-time ticket options and show a curated list of prices.
